AMAZON V-DAY GIFT GUIDE

Amazon gift guide coming in hot for Valentine’s Day! This gift guide is based around some of my valentine’s favorite things. We got an herb garden for Christmas and it’s so convenient especially for condo living. My husband does CrossFit, so I added some workout gear, which I can never go wrong with. Some of his favorite chocolate bars – big cacao guy. This rechargeable electronic lighter is super cool to pair with a candle for your significant other. For those who love their coffee piping hot, this self heating mug is the perfect gift. I also included a cheaper option – my fave, a yeti. Last but not least on my gift list is a good read! My husband just finished reading this book – an easy read and may just convince you to change some of your eating habits!

OOTD

Happy Wednesday y’all! Here with another outfit of the day – casual look! I just bought these Madewell sneakers – I think they are so unique and add a little flair to my wardrobe. I actually saw someone wearing these on a sailboat tour in Rhode Island and of course asked where they were from. After being sold out in my size for months I finally snagged them. I paired these sneakers with my Spanx leather looking leggings and this cozy Everlane sweater. I found this leather crossbody on Amazon! I finished off the look with my Zara mini puffer vest, Uncommon James jewelry and these Amazon hair clips.

IN THE OFFICE

Another day at the office! I love a wide leg pant look. I styled these slacks with this plaid blazer and brown turtleneck. These booties are perfect for colder weather months. The jewelry and tote bag help finish off this look. Links to show these pieces can be found below!

OOTD

Another style edit coming your way! I’m really into vests this winter season. Whether they’re oversized or cropped mini’s, it’s an effortless addition to your outfit. I found this vest at Zara. I went back and forth on a few since they have a variety of options, but I believe I made the right choice with this one! I found this grey turtleneck on Amazon. It’s thin, stretchy and super soft – I decided to buy it in black and brown as well! I’ve been loving Abercrombie’s jeans lately – they fit my so perfectly. These are wide leg and have a slit on the back of the right thigh. My favorite black boots at the moment – pair perfectly with ankle or wide leg jeans. These slouch socks are so cozy, they remind me of the socks my mother wore when I was a kid. This black shoulder purse is simple and the perfect size. Its sleek and doesn’t take away from the outfit. The jewelry I paired with this style is a little on the pricey side, but I found some shoes on Amazon and linked them below!

HOLIDAY PARTY LOOKS

And we’re back with another style edit! This post is dedicated to holiday style and/or party looks. Whether you’re having a date night, getting drinks with the ladies, or attending a holiday party, these styles are perfect for any special occasion. Neutral colors (especially black and darker colors) are my go-to/comfort colors. I paired both outfits with a black blouse and sheer tights. The jewelry pieces are interchangeable with each outfit. They are also great pieces that can be staples in your jewelry collection. I love the look of this black captains blazer with gold button detail – another necessity as it can be dressed up or down. ZARA OUTFIT INSPO

Thinking of Spring! One of my favorite pieces to throw on during the fall, winter or spring seasons is an oversized button up or shacket. Perfect to pair with with leggings or jeans. Very versatile and effortless. I styled this oversized faux leather top with a white crop top, some small silver hoops (trying to bring back silver jewelry), and a small simple handbag. Wide leg loose jeans have made a comeback. This 90’s trend is comfortable, relaxed and can be dressed up or down. Last, but not least, I love an ankle pant with some mid high healed boots. These dress up this outfit and help pull this look altogether.

SIMILAR STYLES/DIFFERENT COLOR-WAYS

Good morning and happy Sunday! Another winter style blog post coming your way. In this post, I wanted to show two ways to wear very similar outfits. I love an all black monochromatic look, but for those who like a little more brightness and color we have another option. Both of these jackets are from Zara. Over the years, Zara has become the better and bolder Forever 21 of my twenties. Zara is usually my go-to when I want to buy a long coat or a jacket similar to these. I wanted to pair each jacket with neutral top, jean, and boot. The jeans I paired with these styles are rag & bone – they are wide-leg and sit at the ankle to show most of the boot. I accessorized with a matching belt and jewelry that could be paired with both options. Links to these items can be found below. **Update – The Zara jackets in this post are sold out. I’ve linked similar looks.

WINTER FAVORITES

Shop Here Hi Everyone! Welcome to my very first blog post. I wanted to start with some of my favorite items to wear/use once the cold weather hits. A must have during the this chilly time of year is a long, oversized coat (any color), which can compliment just about any outfit! It can be dressed up or dressed down and transition well from winter to spring. Another favorite item I love are slouchy socks. These can be worn with tennis shoes, boots or when your just lounging around the house. Another staple piece I love to wear in the fall, winter and spring is the “shacket”. This piece is one of my go-to’s during the cold winter months – it’s effortless, trendy and will keep you warm! I love to pair with leggings or skinny jeans and my Doc Martens (which is another one of my goto pieces and are actually really comfortable). Accessories like sunglasses and hats are simple items that can be incorporated depending on weather. Last, but not least the Stanley tumbler. I’ve always been a yeti stan but while getting yeti’s engraved for our wedding this year, the sales associate recommended the Stanley brand. I won’t steer too far way from my yeti’s, but my Stanley tumbler has been a great addition to my insulated cups collection.
